When should I book my room?

Answer

ASAP! The resort requires a 30% deposit when booking; the remainder is paid at check-in. Our room block is limited, so reserve yours sooner rather than later! We ask that you book no later than August 1st.

I see a room on the website that I want but not on your room block should I book through the resort?

Answer

Let us know if you see a room you would like to book. Chances are, we can add it to our room block without a problem!

How do I make a change to my reservation?

Do I have to stay at the resort?

Answer

Yes, we ask that all our guests stay three nights in our room block. Please note that the final guest list will be based on the room block provided by the resort.

Passports? Visa's?

Answer

Yes, passports are required to enter Mexico. If you plan on attending, please be sure your passport is not within six months of expiration by your travel date. At this time, you do not need a visa to enter. You must fill out a customs declaration form, which is typically handed out on the airplane or during customs. Pro tip: Bring a pen on the plane!

What will the weather be like?

In Mexico, September typically offers warm and pleasant weather, with average temperatures ranging from 75°F to 85°F. However, we recommend checking the forecast closer to departure and packing accordingly.
