The Wedding Website of Reagan Rolston and Ezekiel Coss
It’s no surprise that Travel + Leisure named San Miguel de Allende the “Best City in the World” for the second year in a row. With its colorful architecture, cobblestone streets, incredible food, and rich culture, it’s easy to see why. San Miguel also holds personal meaning for us — Reagan’s grandmother spent part of her childhood on a ranch just outside the city. We’re so excited to share this special place with you and hope you fall in love with it as much as we have. Below, you’ll find helpful details about flights, accommodations, and transportation to make your trip planning easy.

AirbnbAirbnb

San Miguel de Allende offers a wide range of beautiful and budget-friendly Airbnb rentals throughout town. We’ve saved a list of potential options for guests who’d like to explore staying at an Airbnb during the wedding weekend. Please note that we haven’t personally stayed in all of these homes — they’ve been selected primarily for their convenient locations. We encourage you to read reviews carefully and ensure the property is a good fit for your needs and preferences before booking.

Flying to San Miguel de AllendeFlying to San Miguel de Allende

San Miguel de Allende doesn’t have its own airport, but there are several convenient options nearby: Querétaro International Airport (QRO) – About a 1.5-hour drive from San Miguel. This is the closest and often the most convenient option. León/Guanajuato International Airport (BJX) – Roughly 1.5–2 hours away, with more frequent flight options. Mexico City International Airport (MEX) – About a 3.5–4-hour drive (or shuttle) from San Miguel. This is a great option for those looking to explore Mexico City before or after the wedding.

Getting to San Miguel de AllendeGetting to San Miguel de Allende

Private transportation, group shuttles, and car rentals are available from all airports: BajioGo offers shared-shuttle and private-shuttle services between QRO, BJX and San Miguel de Allende — for example one-way from QRO to San Miguel is listed at approx US$30 per person. Transportes y Tours San Miguel Magico offers private airport transfers from QRO, BJX or MEX with pricing per vehicle (rather than per person) — helpful for groups. If you prefer self-drive, rental cars are available — just note that San Miguel’s historic centre is best navigated on foot with limited parking.

Passport RequirementsPassport Requirements

All U.S. citizens must have a valid passport to travel to Mexico. Please double-check your passport’s expiration date before the wedding — Mexico requires that your passport be valid for at least six months beyond your date of entry. If you need to renew or apply for a passport, we recommend doing so as early as possible to avoid delays.
