If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes. If not, due to space constraints, we have only accounted for your presence.
Dress code is garden attire. Please visit https://blog.wedtexts.com/what-is-garden-party-attire-for-a-wedding/ for more information on what to wear. Our ceremony will be held outside on grass so please consider which shoes you will be most comfortable in.
Please avoid wearing white/ivory and green so the wedding party can stand out.
There is a large parking lot at the Vineyards at Betty's Creek by the Event Pavilion, golf carts will be running to transport guests to and from the ceremony site.
That is one of the many things we are currently working on, more information will be provided.
Yes, and please let us know of any accessibility concerns you may have!
The ceremony is planned to be held outdoors on a manicured lawn. Cocktail hour and reception are held in the Event Pavilion which is an open-aired space. If we have inclement weather the ceremony will be held under the covered outdoor portion of the Event Pavilion and the Pavilion has walls that can be lowered to fully cover the event space.
While we appreciate you wanting to capture the moment, we ask that you put all cameras and phones away during the ceremony and first dance. We would love for you to be fully present with us, and we have hired great photographers, so you don't have to worry!
Yes, there will be hors d'oeuvres served at the cocktail hour and dinner will be served buffet style at the reception. You will be able to select steak and/or fish. There is a vegan dish as well available upon request (please let us know before the wedding so we can give the caterer an accurate count).
We are already away of some of the dietary restrictions/preferences that you many have. Please let us know of any dietary restrictions you have so we can help accommodate!
Your presence is enough of a present to us! But if you'd still like to bring a gift, we are registered on Zola.com, Amazon, and Crate and Barrel.
