We got engaged on May 11, 2024 in Tyler, Texas. It was at a graduation dinner at the Longhorn Steakhouse Restaurant.

What are your favorite things about each other?
Answer
Evelin - There are so many things I love about Scotty. His caring nature and selflessness always shine through, as he’s always willing to help others without hesitation. His faith is something I admire deeply, and his love for his family is inspiring. He makes me smile with his positivity and never-ending happiness. I adore the way he loves me and my family—his heart is truly one of a kind. We share so many laughs together, and I cherish every moment. He’s not just handsome and charming, but a true gentleman in every sense. I feel so blessed to have him in my life, and I can’t wait to spend forever together. Scotty - I'd have to say her intelligence, determination, kindness, sense of humor, compassion, selflessness and willingness to put others first. She's also loving, respectful, caring, committed, and a wonderful mother. I admire her faith in God, her eagerness to go above and beyond to help in any capacity, and her strong family ties. I truly enjoy the fact that doing "NOTHING" together means "EVERYTHING" to US. I think that she is extremely beautiful both inside and out. I often I ask myself, "How did I get so blessed to be in a relationship with the prettiest woman in the world ?" I am looking forward to spending the rest of my life with her.
