Bride
Alex is equal parts heart and hustle — the girl who keeps everyone laughing, supported, and on track even when life gets chaotic. She’s the planner, the do-er, and the one who shows up every single time. She loves good food, road trips, her people, and the life she and David are building together. She’s honest to a fault, loyal on purpose, and excited as hell to marry her favorite human.
Groom
David is the definition of “solid.” He works hard, loves deeply, fixes anything that breaks, and never turns down a good meal. He’s Alex’s steady hand and soft spot — and he’s more than ready to marry the woman who somehow manages to out-stubborn him.
Mother of the Bride
Denece is the mom who shows up, holds everything together, and does it with quiet strength and a big heart. She’s been Alex’s rock and biggest cheerleader, and she’s over the moon to celebrate the love that brought Alex and David together.
Father of the Bride
Though Alex’s father, David, passed away when she was young, his love and influence have remained a steady part of her life. Today, she carries him with her — in her strength, her humor, and her heart. He is deeply missed, forever loved, and honored in every step of this new chapter. In Loving Memory of David Ricky Sanders.
Mother of the Groom
Maria is the heart of every gathering — the woman who makes sure everyone is fed, welcomed, and cared for. Her kitchen is where memories are made, jokes are shared, and love is served without ever being asked. She is incredibly proud of David and grateful to celebrate this new chapter with Alex.
Father of the Groom
David’s dad is the kind of man who shows love through hard work, quiet wisdom, and always being there when it counts. Seeing his son build a life with Alex fills him with pride and happiness.
Maid of Honor
Carrie isn’t just my best friend — she’s my chosen sister, my ride-or-die, and the one person who knows everything and still answers my calls. We've been in each other’s lives for 15 years, and in that time, we've managed to rack up more inside jokes, chaotic memories, and real-life moments than I can count. She’s the one I’ve always been able to tell anything to — no judgment, just full support (even when my life decisions looked a little... questionable). We’ve laughed over the dumbest stuff together, but somehow those moments are the ones that have meant the most. There was this one time — we were about 13 — when we tried smoking weed for the first time (don’t tell Grandma). On the way back to the house, Carrie faceplanted in the gravel driveway and I laughed so hard, I tripped and fell over her. We laid there, dying laughing for like 30 minutes straight. Honestly, that’s our friendship in a nutshell — completely ridiculous and completely perfect. Carrie, I truly don’t have the words for how much you mean to me. You’ve been there for all of it — the laughter, the heartbreaks, the healing, the growth. I couldn’t imagine this day, or this life, without you in it. 🫶
Groomsman
Sammy is David’s cousin and Jesse’s little brother — and while the three of them grew up together, Sammy built his own reputation early on: hardworking, focused, and always on his grind. When he visited us in 2021, Sammy was constantly on the phone conducting business, making moves, and making sure he was getting his paper, booboo. The man does not play about his future. That drive is part of what keeps him and David so close. You can see the same fire in both of them — a commitment to building something better, working for what they want, and always leveling up. It’s a bond that’s kept them tight all these years. But don’t get it twisted. Sammy may hustle like a CEO, but he’s here to party, and what a party he brings. If Sammy’s around, you already know the energy is high and the night is about to get memorable. We’re thrilled to have him standing with David for a day that celebrates love, family, and a damn good time.
Bridesmaid
Fabi is one of those once-in-a-lifetime kind of friends — the kind who makes you feel instantly safe, seen, and somehow also like you’re funnier than you actually are. We might not spend every waking moment together, but when we do connect, it’s all quality, no filler — and that’s why she’s one of my absolute best friends. She’s incredibly smart (like, “Dr. Rojas” smart — pharmacy degree and everything), effortlessly kind, and genuinely hilarious in the most low-key, charming way. She’s also a hardcore dog lover, which is just further proof that she’s got the purest heart. Fabi is married to Rodrigo, one of David’s groomsmen and best friends — and let me tell you, if we could be even half as cute and solid as they are, we’ll be golden. Their wedding was beautiful (David was in it!), and now we get to return the favor with her standing by my side. Basically, if Fabi ever started a “how to be a great human” course, we’d all be enrolled.
Groomsman
Rodrigo is one of David’s closest friends — steady, loyal, and the guy who will show up for you without ever being asked. Whether they’re working together, hanging out, or giving each other hell in the most brotherly way possible, he’s been a constant in David’s life for years. And honestly? Me and Fabi always joke that they’re the ones who are basically married — we have to plan get-togethers just so the husbands can have their little date time. That’s the kind of bond they have. He and Fabi set the bar high for what a loving, supportive marriage looks like, and we’re honored to have him standing with us on our day.
Bridesmaid
Yamille started as a coworker and quickly became so much more. Somewhere between deadlines, long days, and navigating life in real time, she became a true friend — the kind you vent to, laugh with, and lean on when things get heavy. She’s driven, smart, and steady in a way that makes you feel safe just knowing she’s in your corner. Whether we’re talking work, life goals, or just surviving the week, Yamille shows up with honesty and heart every single time. Having her stand beside me on this day feels like honoring a friendship that grew naturally and became something lasting. I’m so grateful for her support, her loyalty, and the way she’s walked through this season of life with me.
Groomsman
Jesse isn’t just David’s cousin — he’s basically his brother. Growing up only a year apart in California, the two of them were inseparable. They went everywhere together, did everything together, and even crashed each other’s family vacations. If you knew one, you knew the other. And if you saw them coming… well, you probably braced yourself. Their adventures didn’t just stop in the States either. The small town of Chiquilistlán, Jalisco, Mexico has definitely felt the impact of this duo’s energy over the years. As the spoiled oldest grandchildren of José and Amalia, these two have left their mark everywhere they’ve been — and now they’re reunited again for what’s sure to be an unforgettable night. Having Jesse stand by David’s side isn’t just meaningful — it’s full-circle. These two grew up together, grew into themselves together, and now get to celebrate one of the biggest days of David’s life the same way they always have: together.
Bridesmaid
Addison is one of the core pieces of the Farmer/Bell family — the family David and I proudly call our second home. As Chase’s sister and Everleigh’s mom, she’s at the center of so many of our favorite memories. Holidays, cookouts, kickball games — if Addison is there, you know she’s there. She is hands-down the loudest person in the room… even when she’s not speaking. Her facial expressions alone deserve their own spotlight. She brings big energy, big reactions, and an even bigger heart. Addison loves hard, protects her people, and never holds back — and that’s exactly why we love her. Having her stand beside me as a bridesmaid just makes sense. She represents the family that embraced us and the friendships that became something deeper. We’re so grateful for her, her laughter, and the unforgettable energy she brings to our lives.
Groomsman
Chase was the first friend David made when he moved from California in 2013, and that friendship quickly turned into family. Through Chase, we were welcomed into the entire Bell/Farmer clan — our second family in every way. We spend holidays together, show up for every celebration, and NEVER miss their annual Easter kickball game. Chase is also Addison’s brother and Everleigh’s uncle, which just roots him even deeper into the family that means so much to us. Now, to be clear: Chase is not an outdoorsy guy. He hates leaving the house, hates spontaneous plans, and nature is not his thing. But he still hiked Panther Creek with us on November 11, 2024 — not because he wanted to, but because Tonya, his wife, said they were going. And he showed up, complained the whole way, and survived. Honestly, we respect him for it. Chase and David have been close for over a decade, growing from friends to brothers. Having him stand by David’s side on our wedding day feels full-circle and absolutely right. We’re grateful for him and for the family we gained through their home and their hearts.
Flower Girl
Everleigh Rose is our sassyfrass show-stopper — the kind of kid who can walk into any room and instantly steal the spotlight. Don’t let those big brown eyes and tight blonde curls fool you. This girl is tough as nails, absolutely fearless, and sharp as a whip in both English and Spanish (thanks to her PopPop). She’s the daughter of Addison Farmer, part of the Farmer/Bell family — the same family David and I consider our second family. We’ve known Everleigh since she was in the womb, and now she’s 5 years old at the time of the wedding — bold, brilliant, bilingual, and already mastering the art of being unforgettable. She has enough energy and charm to power the whole wedding party, and we already know she’s going to own that aisle, petals and all. Honestly, we can’t wait to see her do what she does best: steal the show.
Ring Bearer/Nephew of the Bride
Carter will be almost 9 at the time of the wedding — which feels impossible, because in my mind he’s still the tiny little baby I used to snuggle and nap with whenever he stayed with his Auntie. Now he’s grown into this smart, hilarious, big-hearted kid who lights up every room he walks into. He’s my only nephew and my favorite person in the entire world. I would die for him — but more importantly, I’ve lived for him. Every roadblock I hit, every challenge that felt too hard, I pushed through because I wanted to set an example for him. I want him to know he can do all things, and I’ve fought to become the proof he’ll always be able to look to. Watching him grow has been one of the greatest privileges of my life, and seeing him walk down the aisle as our ring bearer is going to be a moment I’ll never forget. We can’t wait for him to kick off the ceremony in true Carter fashion: big grin, big personality, and probably a story he’s dying to tell before he even makes it to the front.
