Raymond and Rachel met for the first time in Brent Whitaker's choir at Southeast Bulloch. They didn't know each other well then, but they were always in the corner of each other's eye- almost like there was an invisible string tying them together. Early 2021, Raymond reached out to Rachel mid-pandemic to meet up and chat. They ended up talking to each other for over 3 hours in the dead of night. Sometimes, you just know!

At this point, Raymond and Rachel had been together for about 2.5 years. They were living in their first apartment together with their two dogs, Marceline and Chetman. Throughout the entire relationship, they always mentioned to each other that marriage was the ultimate goal and they couldn't picture life without the other. On this day in August of 2023, they decided together- "Why wait any longer?" Few people are lucky enough to find their other half this early in life. Thankfully, Raymond and Rachel are two of those lucky few!
