Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will be at the Villa Borghese in Wappingers Falls, NY.

Do I need to get a Covid-19 test before the wedding?

Answer

NO! as of 5/19/2021, guests will NOT need to provide proof of a vaccine or covid test. Masks are still encouraged, but not mandatory unless you are in the lobby or in the bathrooms. Check out the home page of our website. I will be posting any updates we get there.

Do you have a hotel block reserved?

Answer

Yes! Click on the "Hotels" link above and it will bring you to the link for the hotel that we have reserved a block at. Bryan and I will also be staying here the night of the wedding. Just note that rooms are limited, and booking will close by 5/14/2021 for the guest rate. You can also call the hotel directly and say that you are booking a room for the Raylor/Davis Wedding. Their number is 845-897-2400.

What airports are closest to you?

Answer

Westchester County Airport or Stewart International Airport are the 2 closest airports to us. Westchester is about an hour, Stewart is about 40 minutes.

Yes. We are registered at Bed Bath & Beyond and Amazon. You can click the "Registry" link above and it will bring you to both.

What time does the ceremony start?

Answer

The ceremony starts at 5pm sharp! However, we ask that you arrive by 4:30pm where you will get champagne, and shown to your seats.

What is the weather usually like in NY in June?

Average temperatures for the last few years range between mid 70s and 80s.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony is going to be outdoors (weather pending) and the cocktail hour as well as the reception will be indoors.

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

After the ceremony, the bride, groom, bridal party and families will gather for pictures while the remainder of guests will attend cocktail hour inside.

Is there a wedding theme? Colors?

Answer

Our theme is simple elegance, and our colors are sage green, white, gray and a hint of gold.

What should I do if I cannot attend?

Answer

We will miss you being there with us! Once invitations are sent out with RSVPs, please RSVP "No" as soon as possible so that we can plan accordingly.

Is there parking on site?

Answer

Yes. There is a large parking lot at the venue. You can also leave your car over night if need be. We want our loved ones safe so PLEASE do not drink and drive. Please call an UBER, LYFT or TAXI to get you safely to your home/hotel at the end of the night.

Is the ceremony and reception spaces wheelchair accessible?

Answer

Yes. There are ramps to get into the building.

Will there be alcohol?

Yes! Open bar!

Will there be transportation for guests to the hotel after the wedding?

Answer

No, however, Uber and Lyft are great services and we want all of our guests to be safe and encourage everyone to use this!
