Things To Do

We have a pretty action-packed weekend, but if you are able to explore Santa Barbara before or after the Wed Fest, here are a few of our favorite places.
Mission Santa Barbara

Mission Santa Barbara

2201 Laguna Street, Santa Barbara, CA 93105
, (805) 682-4151

This is an iconic part of Santa Barbara history. Definitely worth at least driving by. There is also a rose garden across the street that makes for a lovely stroll.

Deep Sea Tasting Room

217 Stearns Wharf, Santa Barbara, CA 93101
, (805) 618-1185

Our favorite place to wine taste. The view is unbeatable and so is the tasty wine!

Enterprise Fish Co.

225 State Street, Santa Barbara, CA 93101
, (805) 962-3313

Do you like lobster bisque? If so you must go here and try it! Make sure to get the puff pastry on top. It will change your life.

Wildcat Lounge

15 West Ortega Street, Santa Barbara, CA 93101
, (805) 962-7970

After Ray and Melissa met at Santa Barbara Brewing Company, they met back up that night and danced all night long at Wildcat. Locals lovingly call this place the Shitty Kitty, but there is nothing shitty about it.

Santa Barbara Brewing Company

501 State Street, Santa Barbara, CA 93101
, (805) 730-1040

Visit the place we met! A great place to watch football on Sunday and enjoy a locally crafted brew.

Shoreline Beach Cafe

801 Shoreline Drive, Santa Barbara, CA 93109
, (805) 568-0064

One of the few places where you can have brunch with your feet in the sand. This is one of our favorite brunch spots!

El Paseo

El Paseo, Santa Barbara, CA 93101

A great courtyard and hidden gem for wine tasting and good phot ops.

Inspiration Point Trailhead

Spyglass Ridge Road, Santa Barbara, CA 93105

There are tons of great hikes in Santa Barbara, we highly recommend you check one out! This is probably the most popular option. Loved by locals and tourists alike, this is not too strenuous and offers amazing views.

The Lark Santa Barbara (and really all of the Funk Zone)

131 Anacapa Street, Santa Barbara, CA 93101
, (805) 284-0370

The Funk Zone is now the happening spot in Santa Barbara. There are tons of awesome restaurants (The Lark is our favorite), wine tasting places, breweries, and a distillery.

Lama Dog Tap Room + Bottle Shop

116 Santa Barbara Street, Santa Barbara, CA 93101
, (805) 880-3364

Ray's favorite place to enjoy a craft brew with some tasty food and a fun atmosphere. There is a conjoined brewery and local shop.

Freebirds

879 Embarcadero del Norte, Goleta, CA 93117

Legendary burritos

For all the days along the way
