Matron of Honor
My name is Sandra Katherina Theresa Cayo, and I am the wonderful, vibrant, loving older cousin of Regina whom I call my Nina Pinta. I was born in Brooklyn, raised in Queens, and reside in Bay Shore Long Island. I am a wife to my wonderful husband Eugene and dedicated mother to son Jacob, 15yrs old, and daughter April, 17 months old. I am formerly a family home based daycare owner and current business owner of Sandritas spicy black bean dip with a passion for event planning and decorating. I am so honored to stand by Regina’s side as her MOH. I've had the pleasure of knowing Regina all of her life and watching her grow up into a smart, beautiful, ambitious, prayerful young woman. Regina has always been like my little sister and I've always been her favorite cousin (yea thats what I said favorite lol 😉), my dance partna, hype women and most of all a laugh that is contagious. If anyone knows her, she is the person that will always be there when you need her most and her love of family is what I admire most of all. I am so excited to share such a beautiful moment in her life, as she has done for me on many occasions, from working side by side with me in daycare after my mother’s passing to standing with me as I say "I do.” Regina is blessed and highly favored, and I pray for a union filled with love, blessings, and endless laughter. Congratulations are in order to you and Ray, and I love you both. Thank you for the honor of making me your matron of honor.
Best Man
Hi, my name is Jalen and I’m one of Ray’s younger brothers- the Best Man brother - and Regina’s soon to be brother-in-law. I’m a college student with a fire clothing line, so make sure y’all go shop with me @theofficialbrave. Since birth, Ray has taken on many roles in my life. Not only is he my brother, he is my best friend, my coach, and most importantly my role model. I met Regina when I was about 15, coincidentally at Brooklyn College, and I will say ever since then, Regina has treated me like we are siblings. I’m very appreciative and highly blessed to be apart of this beautiful journey and cannot wait to see what the future holds. I love you guys, Cancun on 3!
Maid of Honor
Tam here aka the maid of honor! I’ve known Regina for almost my entire life. Regina is my longest friendship going on over two decades. We met when we were young children at St. Pascal Baylon Church. My earliest memories of us are waiting after church while our moms had meetings. Our friendship quickly blossomed from us talking on the house phone for hours, messaging on AIM, and spending our Sundays in youth group. We became best friends and have shared so many memories and milestones together. Regina is the sister I never had and the best friend I needed. We have literally spent our entire life together. I am honored to be her maid of honor and witness her and Ray’s union. The love I have for Regina knows no limits and I am excited to share that love with Ray. To forever! Xoxo, Tam <3

Allow me to introduce myself....my name is PHIL! I'm from Brooklyn, NY and I'm a father of 2 wonderful children. I first met Ray in High School at Murry Bergtraum and we formed a brotherhood through basketball. Fun Fact - Ray is one of the best shooters I know (He'll never let me live this down). Anywhere Ray is at, there's sure to be an abundance of laughter. As funny as Ray is, he just as compassionate with the people he loves. He's more than a friend, he's my brother! I'm excited to be apart of this journey with Ray & Regina!

I’ve known Regina my whole life so I consider her to be more like a sister to me. Fun fact: my whole name is actually Elyshebba Louis-Charles Previl. 🤣 Regina and I met when we were little babies. My earliest memory is being at Danse Xpressions in the church basement getting ready for ballet. There would always be snacks and lollipops for sale. Every Saturday I would go and get a lollipop for 25¢. That week my mom forgot to give me money for the lollipop and Regina gave me her extra quarter. Ever since then we’ve been locked in! Her generosity and selflessness continued on through our friendship. We went from tapping our way through dance recitals, to stepping at teen club black history month shows, to being scholarly students at Brooklyn college and everything in between. She’s been in my corner since day 1 and I don’t know what life is like without her.

Wassup y’all! Ray2 here. Crazy how a slight mistake or I’d call it fate brought us together on the delivery team at Whole Foods. Little did we know that this chance encounter would lead to a friendship that feels more like family. Our journey began with shared interests in music, sneakers, and a certain nostalgia we were both familiar with having both grown up in Queens and becoming men in Brooklyn. As days turned into weeks, and weeks into months, Ray became like someone I knew for years. It wasn't long before I was introduced to his wonderful family, who welcomed me with open arms, treating me like a long-lost son. From that moment on, our bond deepened, and we became like brothers. From workmates to brothers, our story is a testament to the power of friendship. We've laughed, cried, and supported each other through thick and thin. Cheers to a friendship that's more than just a bond; it's a cherished part of our lives and I’m grateful I get to experience this next step with you and Regina. Love you my boy.

My name is Nashawn, some may know me as Bellz and I’m from Brooklyn (Flatbush 50s, to be exact). Our journey started on the basketball courts of Tilden Park over 20 years ago and have gone beyond what both of us could have imagined. The love and bond we share has grown throughout the years, and I’m proud to call Ray my brother. Ray’s there for you for the laughs and jokes, but will also stick by you for the down times with encouragement. Now side stepping to his Queen, Regina!!!! When he told me he think he found the one at school I was like “yea ok!!!!” Ray told me Regina lived near him in Queens, and I thought to myself - Two Queens kids had to come all the way to Brooklyn to find love, go figure! The day I met Regina, I knew you was a special person and I don’t say that to just anybody. But I say that because I knew whatever it was that you seen in my brother, was something that you told yourself you would be able to embrace, endure, build and grow with. I know Ray can be a piece of work and your commitment to him, speaks to your values, vision and overall strong mindset. I’ve watched you both take that rollercoaster ride of love and push it to new heights year after year, and I’m extremely proud of both of you and I’m happy I’m here to witness this love story. So for that I will continue to pray and watch you both adore and bless one another with showering love. CONGRATULATIONS Yours truly, Bellz

Hey! I’m Sahara; I live in Newark, NJ and I am a senior sustainability consultant. I’m one of Regina’s close friends of 14 years. We met at St Pascal Baylon church in Jamaica, Queens while we were both part of the Young Adult Ministry (YAMS; led by the Maid of Honor’s mother) when we were freshmen in high school. I’ve enjoyed every minute of being in Regina’s circle as we went from playful, loud teenagers to sophisticated (still loud) adults. From Lenten lock-ins in the church basement to boozy brunches and day parties. I can’t help but grin while I reminisce on all the times I had the privilege of being in Regina’s presence. I find comfort in knowing someone loves and sees Regina the way I do, the way she deserves. Ray has been a rock for Regina. I feel so lucky to be a part of the day celebrating their loving union, and I look forward to sticking by her side as they both see it through.

Hey There, I’m Eian Clarke, proudly representing Bed-Stuy, Brooklyn. Ray and I go way back! We became friends during our freshman year of high school, nearly two decades ago. While the memories may have blurred a little, our bond remains clear. We truly clicked, cracking jokes with our Tom Cruise look alike teacher and spending time playing basketball all throughout lower Manhattan. When Ray introduced us to Regina, her warmth and friendliness instantly won us over. Besides with her dating Ray, I knew she would be able to handle my humor. I’m absolutely thrilled to be here, celebrating their union!

Hi, my name is Jenika Hyppolite and I am one of Regina’s bridesmaids. My connection with Regina goes back as far as I can remember, and our journey together has been nothing short of extraordinary. From our early days in Honor Band during middle school to our experience prepping for Miss Black and Gold in college, Regina and I have woven a tapestry of memories that defines the strength and endurance of our friendship. I'm the type who occasionally adds a dash of extra drama to life, and in Regina, I found a friend who complements my spirit with unwavering sisterhood, boundless compassion, and a heart overflowing with care. Regina is more than a friend; she's family. I've had the privilege of knowing both Regina and Ray since the inception of their romance. It's a college love story that reads like a modern-day fairy tale – boy peeps girl on the quad, girl fake looks away and it was over from there! Their journey together has taught me invaluable lessons about finding one's soulmate and the true meaning of unconditional love. I can't help but feel excited about the many unwritten chapters of their love story. Their bond is a testament to the magic of two souls intertwining, and I have no doubt that the future holds even more beautiful moments for them.

Hey everyone, my name is Terron. I’m 31 years old and I’m from Brooklyn, NY. I met Ray in high school so I can literally say I have known Ray for a little over half my life. We connected quick, because we both had Brooklyn ties but were living in Queens. In that time I’ve had the honor of watching Ray grow in to the great man he is today. Ray is the definition of a true friend, but I prefer to call him my brother. I’m sure many can agree, Ray is a person you can count on at any time, and he’s loved by anybody he encounters. It’s a pleasure to be a part of this union and I can’t wait to welcome my Sister-in-law, Regina, OFFICIALLY in to our family! See y’all in Cancun!

Hi, my name is Laurie Jessica, one of Regina's bridesmaids. Our friendship dates all the way back to elementary school, but it was during my college years that I grew closer to Regina. I was introduced to her Brooklyn College friends group by my sister and other mutual friends. Since our first meeting, our bond has only grown stronger. I'm constantly inspired by Regina's kindness, strength, and the beautiful soul she possesses. Through thick and thin, we've shared laughter and wiped away tears, and I am endlessly grateful for her presence in my life. Regina was among the first to support my dream of becoming a nail technician, and I cherish the trust she's placed in me to do her nails for every special occasion in her life. It has been a pleasure witnessing Regina's relationship with Ray flourish over the years. She has played a significant role in my life. Having them both in my life fills me with gratitude, and I'm deeply touched to be a part of this important chapter in their lives.

My name is Yannick Paul or “Yanny” as Regina calls me. I am 30 years old from Castries, St. Lucia, but I also represent BROOKLYN! Being Ray’s favorite cousin, I’ve known him since birth. From getting in trouble for tiefin’ pound cake without grandma knowing, to him shooting hoops on the big boy hoop in the backyard while I was right next to him shooting on the playskool hoop, to growing up and working at the same job together - the amount of stories I share with Ray are endless and I cherish every last one of them. Ray has been the big brother I always looked up to. One person who always put his heart on his sleeve for the people he loves and I’ve watched him grow and grow over the years. I first met Regina through Ray at a family bbq when they first started dating, and instantly I saw the love between them and knew they were destined for each other. Regina has been the sweetest and kindest since that first day we met and we clicked right away (and she blessed with the name Yanny so she’s forever loved in my book). As the years have gone by, I’ve watched their love blossom, and I can’t wait to see what happens next for Ray & Regina. I am more than happy to be apart of this celebration towards the their union and I can’t wait to calypso slide down the soul train line in my big hat. Much Love, Peace & Light.

My name is Tony, born and raised in Brooklyn, NY. I first crossed paths with Ray in 2017, while working together, and it was as if he already knew everything about me from the moment we met. Turns out he wasn’t a stalker, we just had a mutual friend. Our friendship quickly went from co-workers to brothers. We started hanging outside of work and attending family events together. One of our favorite hangout spots was near his school at the time, Brooklyn College, where I had the pleasure of meeting Regina, the incredible and caring person and Ray’s soon-to-be wife. I watched their relationship grow from dating and now leading up to marriage over the years, and It has been a true inspiration to me. Ray and Regina, may your journey together be filled with love, laughter, and countless beautiful moments. I am honored to stand by your side on this special day, and I can't wait to see the incredible future you will create together. Cheers to a lifetime of happiness and love! 🥂💍❤️
