We do not have a room block and all reservations are based on resorts availability and 1st come, 1st serve basis. Even if you are still deciding whether or not you are going to celebrate with us, we encourage you to book your room. *** ROOMS FILL UP FAST BOOK- ASAP!! They will only charge $1 to hold the room. you can always cancel / change up to 31 days prior to the trip.*after that you will occur a cancel/ change fee* If the room you desire is not available, please check daily as rooms do open up here and there. I would still recommend booking your second option and cancelling/ rebooking if needed. Be sure to book “refundable room rates”!! Please make sure the card you put on file does not expire on or before September 30th, 2025 Your room will be cancelled if your card on file is expired/declines. CONTACT: To notify, change or cancel your reservation please call: 1 866 211 6223 They are incredibly helpful - I have already needed to cancel and change reservations and they are amazing! *Any new bookings or modifications on existing reservations after July 20th, 2025 will be subject to the applicable rate at the moment of booking/modification. CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations received within 24 hours or less prior to arrival will result in a cancellation fee equal to the total of the entire stay. AIRPORT TRANSPORTATION: Free airport transfer includes 1 private round-trip transportation per room reservation to and from Cancun International Airport.
