• Valid Passport • Sunglasses (maybe a backup pair) • Bug Spray • Wedding Attire • Ibuprofen and any other medications • Bathing suits and cover ups • Dinner attire (see Finest Dress Code) • Sunscreen ... and more sunscreen! *The sun is much stronger in Mexico and the gift shop prices are generally expensive if you run out. • Phone Charger *Optional Don' t Forget • Insulated cup (This will keep your drink cold for hours) • Small bills for tips *Although the Finest is an all-inclusive resort, tips for the staff are encouraged. Smaller bills ($1 or $5) are recommended. In our experiience, the staff will REMEMBER and TAKE CARE of YOU! • Aloe Vera Gel / Lotion • Pool Floaties Forget Something? Don't worry it happens! The resort has a gift shop in the lobby. Unfortunately these prices are typically expensive. Alternatively, you can walk 10 minutes to a large convenience store within the gated community near La Amada residences. Still didn't find what you're looking for? You can take a Taxi to Walmart in Cancun. This is an approximate 25 minute drive from the resort.

TRAVEL TIPS & TRICKS !

1. Checked luggage must be under 50 lbs. per bag. 2. Advise your bank and/or credit card company of your expected travel. This ensures your accounts/cards aren't flagged for suspicious activity. 3. Leave copies of your ID with someone who isn't travelling with you. (Drivers License, or Passport) in case of lost luggage during travel. 4. Once you land in Mexico and go through immigration you will pick up your luggage and clear customs. After clearing customs, walk to the main gate and exit outside. Look for Season Transportation and provide either your last name or “Ross Wedding.” 5. If your flight is expected to land early (before Check-In) pack a swimsuit in your carry-on. The resort will hold your luggage until your room is ready. 6. The TV in your room has ports to plug in an HDMI Cable, Fire Stick or Chromecast. Feel free to download your favorites' TV shows or movies on your device before you leave.

1.Once you arrive at the resort and are checking in, send me a text via WhatsApp +1 516-473-3122 so Ray, Tonya and I can come say hi! 2.Your room will have 4 FULL SIZED bottles of wine/liquor located in the cabinet above the mini fridge. The bottles are complimentary and will be replaced DAILY if you wish. *Don't like the bottles in your room? You may also request specific a specific brand of wine/liquor/beer 😊 3.When ordering a drink, specify the brand of alcohol you want. The Finest app lists the types of alcohol available at each bar. *Want something specific? The bartenders can make pretty much every drink. 4.If you have a preferred time for housekeeping or turn down service, let the concierge know at check-in. *Suggested hours are 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. for housekeeping and 7:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. for turn down service. 5.Your room has a service box in the closet that can be accessed from the hallway for any room service meals that are ordered. You can set up a standing order of coffee, croissants, fruit, etc. to be delivered at a certain time every morning. Room service will be delivered without disturbing you and you can grab it from the service box when you’re ready. *This service is included with your stay. 6.You can bring your own floatie to use in the ocean and private swim up pools. The water sports staff will blow it up for you. 7.There is a safe in the closet of your room. It is recommended to lock your personal belongings. (Money, Passport, etc.) We can't stress this enough, you can never be too careful!
