Rideshare Vouchers
For our out-of-town guests, we’ve set up an Uber voucher code that can be used to go to and from our venue. If you’re staying at our hotel block, we’ll reach out in April with details on how to use the code.

The Study at University City
The Study is an 8 minute walk from our venue. Valet parking is available for $43 per night. Check-in is at 3PM and check-out is at 12PM. A limited number of rooms are available at a group rate using our link below. The cutoff date for the group rate is March 28, 2024, but please book as soon as possible to ensure availability.
Hotel
The Warwick Hotel Rittenhouse Square Philadelphia
The Warwick is a 20 minute walk or 10 minute drive from our venue. Check-in is at 4PM and check-out is at 12PM. A limited number of rooms are available at a group rate using our link below. The cutoff date for the group rate is March 27, 2024, but please book as soon as possible to ensure availability. If no more rooms are available via our link, please let us know so we can request that the hotel release more rooms.
