When and how should I RSVP?
Answer
Please RSVP as soon as possible, but by March 15th, 2024 at the latest. You can RSVP via this website on the RSVP tab. We thank you for your timely responses!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30PM. Please plan to arrive around 5:15PM to find your seat.

Can I take photos / videos?
Answer
We ask that our guests refrain from taking photos or videos during our ceremony. We will have professional photographers capturing the moment. Feel free to take photos before or after the ceremony!

Where can I park near the venue?
Answer
- Street parking along Walnut Street a few blocks in either direction in front of the venue. This is 12 hour parking, and the fee can be paid via the meter or the MeterUp app - Penn Park Parking Lot (https://www.facilities.upenn.edu/maps/parking/penn-park-parking-lot). This lot is right next to the ground floor entrance of our venue, and is ~$15 - Cira Centre South Garage (https://www.facilities.upenn.edu/maps/locations/parking-garage-cira-centre-south). This garage is a short walk from our venue, and is ~$10

Where in the venue will events be held? Is the venue accessible?
Answer
All events will be held indoors at World Cafe Live. The ceremony and reception will both be held on the lowest floor of the venue. Cocktail hour will be held on the upper floor. All floors can be accessed via the elevator for those who are unable to use the stairs.

What food will be served? Can my dietary restriction / allergy be accommodated?
Answer
Hors d'oeuvres will be served during cocktail hour, and dinner will be served station style during the reception. Stations will include sliders, tacos, and barbecue. We will be working with our caterer to ensure all common dietary restrictions and allergens will be accounted for. Please reach out to Raveena (407-446-9012) or Ryan (267-815-8154) if you have a dietary allergy / restriction.

Will there be an open bar?
Answer
Open bar will be available from 6 to 11 PM for cocktail hour and the reception. The bar will serve signatures cocktails, as well as liquor, draft and canned beer, house wine, and soft drinks. The bar will also be serving spirit-free gin and triple sec, and all of our signature cocktails can be made without alcohol.

Is there a dress code?
Answer
