FAQs

If you have any additional questions other than what we've listed here, please reach out to Dylan at 303-886-2223 or Madi at 303-868-1802.
Question

When should we arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that guests arrive at 4:30 PM to enjoy a welcome glass of champagne and find their seats by 4:45 PM. The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00 PM.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes! Formal attire is kindly requested. Ladies are invited to wear midi or floor-length dresses, and gentlemen may wear a suit and tie or a blazer with dress slacks.

Question

Will all wedding events take place at the same location?

Answer

All wedding weekend events will take place at The Estes Park Resort. Welcome Drinks will be held at Cabins 4 & 5. Directional signage is posted around the resort, and the hotel's front desk is happy to provide a cabin map if needed. The Ceremony will take place at the Lakeside Pavilion, the large wooden structure located outside, to the right of the hotel’s main entrance. Cocktail Hour will be hosted at the Outdoor Gazebo, situated by the water on the turf area, behind the Pavilion and to the back right of the hotel. The Reception will take place in the Ballroom, just inside the hotel’s main entrance to the left.

Question

Is there a shuttle or transportation provided?

Answer

Transportation will not be provided. All wedding events will take place at the resort, so guests staying off-site are responsible for their own travel to and from the venue.

Question

Can I use Uber or Lyft to get around Estes Park?

Answer

We’ve been told by our venue that Uber and Lyft can be hard to come by in Estes Park. While you might get lucky, we wouldn’t recommend relying on them for transportation around town.

Question

Are there parking options?

Answer

Yes! Complimentary parking is available at the resort on a first-come, first-served basis.

Question

Are children allowed?

Answer

We love your little ones, but we’ve decided to make our celebration an adults-only event. Thank you for understanding!

Question

Can we bring plus-ones?

Answer

To help us plan accordingly, only guests named on the invitation are invited. If a plus-one is included, their name will be listed.
