The Wayfinder Hotel

You may reserve your stay at the fully renovated Wayfinder Hotel by calling them directly to get the discounted rate. You will not receive the discount if you book your room online. Rooms are available beginning Friday, August 27, to Monday, August 30. Room Rates: Friday, August 27: $359 per room per night plus tax **Saturday, August 28: $359 per room per night plus tax Sunday, August 29: $199 per room per night plus tax Rates above are for the Standard Double Rooms (2 Queen beds), or Standard King Rooms, and are available until July 16, 2021. **They do require a 2-night minimum for Saturdays (Friday/Saturday or Saturday/Sunday) from May through October. This hotel is 2.2 miles from our venue and a short 8 minute drive. Hotel has an outdoor pool and restaurant.

Newport Beach Hotel & Suites

Guests are to call 800-786-0310 and identify themselves as guests of the Rauch-Ruggiero Wedding Registry when making reservations. Upon hotel availability, the hotel will secure each reservation made inside your registry name at the best available room or suite rates at the time of booking. Any applicable minimum night stay will be advised at the time of reservation. Last Day to Reserve is July 23, 2021! **Saturday reservations require a two night minimum stay. Check-In/Out/Hotel Parking: Please note the check-in time of 4:00 p.m. and check-out time of 11:00 a.m. Additional charges may arise if the check-in and check-out times are not observed. Over these dates the hotel does have a parking fee of $12.00 per vehicle, per night, plus tax. This hotel overlooks Easton's Beach and is 2 miles from the venue, a short 6 minute drive.

Sonesta Select, Newport/Middletown (formerly known as the Courtyard)

For the night of the wedding, we have a room block at the Sonesta Select, close by in Middletown. Use our direct booking link for a special group rate! Only 4 miles away from the venue, about a 13 minute drive. Here you can enjoy the outdoor terrace, fire pit, bistro and an outdoor and indoor pool, as well as a hot tub. Start Date: Sunday, August 29, 2021 End Date: Monday, August 30, 2021 Last Day to Book: Friday, July 30, 2021 Cost: Newly Renovated Room, 1 King bed: $179 plus tax USD Newly Renovated Room, 2 Queen beds: $199 plus tax USD *Guests wishing to extend their stay on Saturday night should call the hotel directly and discuss the current pricing and availability. Transportation

For all of our local friends and family: Newport is a scenic ~1.5 hour drive from Boston. For our friends and family travelling out of state: You can fly into either T.F. Green Airport or Boston Logan International Airport: - T.F. Green Airport is located in Warwick, RI 02886. Newport is a 30-45 minute drive from T.F. Green Airport. Rhode Island Public Transit Authority (RIPTA) provides bus transportation to and from the airport. The fare is $2 and the travel time is approximately 1 hour. - Boston Logan International Airport is located in Boston, a 1.5 hour drive from Newport. Newport is also accessible by bus (Peter Pan) from South Station. For our wedding: Please check back soon for more details about transportation to our wedding. Uber is prevalent in the area, and once downtown everything is within walking distance! There is no parking at the venue, but we plan to provide additional details on where to park for those interested. Check back soon for more details!
