Please kick off the weekend with us at Salvation Cafe for a drink (or two!) before we head off for some beauty rest. You can find us at either the inside bar or the tiki bar outside in the back! Salvation has a parking lot in the back of their building and parking on Broadway Street, but we recommend Uber, Lyft, or walking!

Wedding

We are so excited to share our special day with you. The Bohlin tent is absolutely gorgeous and is situated right on the wharf overlooking the Newport Pell Bridge. The attire is cocktail. It can get a bit windy on the water so please plan to dress accordingly and bring your dancing shoes!
Our wedding will be held at the Bohlin Tent, a completely outdoor venue. For those staying at The Wayfinder Hotel or The Sonesta Hotel, we have arranged bus transportation to bring you to the wedding venue with the first stop beginning at 3:45 p.m. You can find the bus schedule in your welcome bag! We recommend all other guests, Uber, Lyft, or walk to the venue. Parking For those wishing to drive to the wedding, you can find a list of the main parking lots in Newport by visiting: https://www.discovernewport.org/blog/post/the-ultimate-guide-to-parking-in-newport-ri/ . From this list we recommend the Mary Street Lot or the Long Wharf Lot. You could also park at The Mooring Restaurant (which is right next to The Bohlin) for $8/hr.
After Party

For those wishing to continue the festivities, we'd love for you to join us at the after party to cap off the ultimate Sunday Funday! Transportation provided from the venue at the close of the reception to Irish American. For those wanting to walk it is 0.8 miles away.

For one last hurrah, we'll be hosting a farewell get together before you depart the island. We will have the Amano food truck join us for some pizza and gelato, and lots of backyard games! There is free on-street parking in front of the house. We look forward to seeing you there!
