Question

Are kids allowed?

Answer

Although we absolutely LOVE your child(ren), we would like for you to take a night off and party with no judgement. Therefore this is an ADULT-ONLY event. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We are not asking for you to dress prim and proper with your Sunday's best! We do ask you to dress in semi-formal/cocktail attire. If you have to second guess it, you may not want to wear it. Why? photographers will be taking your picture. It's a photoshoot! ***Please do not wear white :)

Is the ceremony and reception at the same venue?

Answer

Yes! The ceremony will take place outdoor at the EAST Gazebo and the reception is indoors in the WEST ballroom.

Is there parking onsite?

Answer

Yes! The venue have a large parking lot

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

After the ceremony, the bridal party will be taking pictures nearby. Guest will be instructed when to head to the reception hall to get a little drinky drink on us!

Is there a theme?

Answer

I would call it a glam-lux theme! Therefore be sure to dress picture perfect and ready to dance all night.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We recommend that you arrive 30 minutes before the start of the ceremony, to make sure everyone is on time and we can get the party started as scheduled. Everyone should be in their seats no later than 6:15 P.M. The wedding will start promptly at 6:30 P.M.

Can I bring a guest/date?

Answer

Our wedding is STRICTLY INVITE ONLY. We are only able to accommodate those who RSVP by the indicated deadline .If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes, you are allowed to bring a date if not, the RSVP is only for you.

Can I take pictures and videos during the ceremony?

Answer

WE ARE HAVING A SOMEWHAT "UNPLUGGED" CEREMONY. We asked IF YOU ARE ON THE END OF AN AISLE , to put away your cameras and phones during the ceremony in order for our photographers/videographers to truly capture THEEEEE BEST FOOTAGE. Feel free to take your camera/phones out after the ceremony and during the reception. PLEASE DO NOT BLOCK THE PHOTOGRAPHER OR VIDEOGRAPHER!!! Don't forget to tag us and use our hashtag #RockingWithTheRoberts.

May I take centerpieces home as a souvenir?

Answer

Unfortunately, we are asking for guest not to take home any of the decorations.

Can I bring a gift?

Answer

Absolutely! We will have a card box and our Zelle/Cashapp information displayed. Monetary gifts in the form of cash or electronic payments are highly preferred due to the hassle of transporting items after the reception and it makes it easier for guest when deciding or looking or gifts.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Alcohol yields fun right? lol. Yes, there will be an open bar! Feel free to bring tips for the bartender.

Yessssssssssssss! So bring your singles for the Money Dance

What is the Money Dance?

Answer

The Money Dance is a cultural tradition at many wedding receptions where guests offer the newlyweds money to dance with them, or they shower the couple with money. The custom is to help establish the couple in their new life together, or to show how much they are loved and appreciated.

What are the expectations?

Answer

To have a great time, love us, support us, and help us make this one of the best days of our lives. Please note this will be a "Taking over for the 99 & 2000s event." Therefore there will be a lot of dancing at the reception.

If I RSVP yes...........

Answer

If you RSVP "YES" we are expecting you to come and have counted you towards our per plate cost. If you are NOT able to attend, please RSVP "NO" by the deadline. I'm sure you've seen the invoice a couple sent to those who've RSVP yes and didn't show up lol. Don't be that person... we're laughing but serious lol.

No, but there are some recommended hotels located under the "travel" tab.
