The 5,000 sq. ft. facility will transcend guests to a high-end luxurious spa. Services will include a variety of massages, facials, body treatments, and manicure/pedicure services. The Spa will be available for the GV overnight guests as well as the public.

The Bistro at Gervasi Vineyard
The Bistro features rustic, upscale Italian cuisine served in small and large plate portions for sharing. The menu includes antipasti, salads, brick-fired pizzas, pastas, entrées and desserts. Enjoy award-winning Gervasi wines, signature cocktails and premium spirits from the full bar.
The Crush House at Gervasi Vineyard
The Crush House is a contemporary winery, wine bar and eatery housed in a modern industrial-style building with indoor and outdoor seating options. Stop in for lunch or dinner and enjoy a variety of appetizers, soups, salads, sandwiches, pastas and select entrées. Visit the expansive bar for wine tastings, cocktails and craft beers.
The Still House at Gervasi Vineyard
Designed as a coffeehouse and cocktail lounge, The Still House features our Gervasi Caffé signature roast, Gervasi Spirits, craft cocktails, draft beers, award-winning wines, and a delectable appetizer menu. The cocktails range from the classics of the prohibition era to the cutting-edge flavor combinations and flair techniques of today’s mixologists. Gervasi Spirits feature bourbon, spiced rum, vodka, gin and flavor-infused spirits including blood orange gin and rosé vodka – crafted to enjoy neat or as signature ingredients to cocktails. The Sin Room, the heated outdoor lounge, features an incredible selection of cigars and an extensive bourbon list. In the evening, live music offers just the right vibe to transform to a swanky cocktail lounge.
The Cave at Gervasi Vineyard
The Cave consists of an underground 1,000 sq. ft. Tasting Room and an adjoining 4,500 sq. ft. wine barrel room for wine barrel aging. The intimate Tasting Room will be open for select hours for traditional-style wine tasting experiences and tours. The wine barrel cave houses all of Gervasi Vineyard’s growing wine barrel aging and showcases unique educational opportunities during tours.
