Do I need a passport?

Answer

Yes, unless you live in Colombia. Please check your passport for expiration dates at least 6 months after the wedding (For 8/17/25 --> ~2/17/26) + any additional travel plans.

Scared your heels or tuxedo shoes will hurt your feet? So is Raquel. Please feel welcome to bring a comfier pair of dancing shoes (i.e., snazzy sneakers) to put on later in the night.

Kashrut and Shabbat Minyans

Answer

The Shabbat dinner and wedding reception will be Vaad Kashrut under the supervision of mashgiach from Comunidad Hebrea Sefardí de Bogotá. If additional accommodations are needed, please let us know and we will share contact information for Chabad of Cartagena or our Rabbi (Rabbi Becker of Young Israel Kendall). During Shabbat, there will be morning and afternoon minyans at the Charleston Hotel led by Rabbi Becker. -Candle-Lighting - Friday: Between 5:02-6:02PM -Kabbalat Shabbat and Maariv - Friday: 6:00-7:00PM -Shacharit and Torah Service - Saturday: 9:00AM-10:45AM -Minchah and Maariv - Saturday: 6:00-7:00PM
