Studios and 2-room apartments with small kitchens are available here. We stayed here once and the hot water did not seem to work, but it was fine for us in the hot weather. It is one of the more economical options on the island. This link is for a two-bedroom, but you can look through the host's options for the other rooms. This is about a block from the beach.
