A 35-year-old single father and budding BPS teacher crossed paths with a beautiful Mexi-rican PhD student from Albuquerque. Ever so often, the two would catch each other's gaze as they meandered about the room, appraising student works -- artful protests for social justice from Charlestown's brightest. Students and colleagues, however, weren't the only presence that afternoon; fate had made its mark, only to be found on an unsuspecting day in October, in the CHS library. Therefrom, within the walls of Charlestown High, the seed fate had planted nearly 6 months prior sprouted, becoming the beauty that so many of you have been called to witness on this April day :-.)
