This modern, new hotel is a short drive from the reception and a mile from the other hotel. We will have transportation safely escort you to and from the celebration and festivities. For those who may need a lift, we arranged for a party bus to get you to the festivities through the day - in style! Shuttle schedule: 1:00pm - Ingleside Pickup (1 trip) 1:10pm - Avid Pickup (1 trip) 1:35pm - Drop off at Ceremony (1 trip) 2:45 - 4:00pm - Ceremony > Wine Tasting (2 trips) 4:45 - 5:00pm - Wine Tasting > Reception (multiple trips) 11:30pm - 1:00am - Reception > Hotel (Avid / Ingleside) (multiple trips) Please note that the party bus has limited seats, and although it will take multiple short trips, you may want to plan for a back-up ride (Uber or Lyft)... just in case! Bus to Hotel

To ensure everyone gets home safely, we arranged for a large bus to make regular trips from the Reception (Historic Courthouse 1893) to/from the hotels (Avid & Ingleside). This bus will run from 10:00pm -1:00am
