In case you wanted to learn more...
We met at the dog park! We both rescued dogs and kept bumping into each other. Next thing you know - here we are!
Rania is originally from East Africa. Her mother is Ugandan and her father is Kenyan. She moved to the US in 2019 to pursue her dreams. She lived in LA, Chicago, Philadelphia, and finally Wisconsin (which she loves most, despite the cold). Rania settled in, adopted her dog, Haydon, and recently got her US citizenship.
Unfortunately, it's difficult to get approved for a visa to the US and it's likely only a few of Rania's family can make it for our wedding. SO - in August 2025, we are traveling to Kenya to celebrate with her family, the traditional Kenyan way.
