Thank you all for making the trek to Italy for us...I mean you're welcome for giving you an excuse to travel to freaking Tuscany ;) Castello Di Montalto is located in the province of Siena, a 30 min drive from the city centre. We suggest flying into Florence and renting a car at the airport. Just an hour drive to Siena and a great city to explore and start your Tuscan adventure! Alternatively, if you wish to see more of Italy, you can land in Rome, sightsee the capital and either drive or take the train into Siena - both options are around 2 hours and 30 mins. There are thousands of lodging options in the area, from Airbnb's to farms to hotels, ranging from $65/night to $500/night - all walkable from the shuttle pick up/drop off location. Feel free to find one that fits your needs! The shuttle service will be provided on both wedding days (Sept 26, 27) from 'Fortezza Medicea' in Siena, along with pickups from two hotels on the way to the castle. Some Suggestions below:
