With 85 miles of sandy shoreline, the beaches are so very beautiful here and their sunrise and sets are unbeatable. There is plenty to do whether you want to relax or have an adventure by surfing, paddle=boarding, fishing and more. Atlantic Beach - Closest beach to Beaufort. A very lively beach town with easy access, numerous restaurants, and beach bars nearby. Great for a quick beach day or sunset walk. Emerald Isle - A much quieter beach with soft sand and a more relaxed environment. Perfect for a peaceful beach day.
