What time should I arrive?

Please arrive to the ceremony 20-30 minutes prior to allow time for seating.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will take place outdoors on the hotel's pavilion lawn. Cocktail hour and reception will take place in the hotel's ballroom & verdana.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Formal attire is requested! Think coastal elegance. Men may opt to wear classic suits. Ladies may opt to wear flowy, soft colored dresses, with even floral patterns. Please keep in mind that the ceremony will be outdoors on grass for when picking shoe wear out.

Can I take pictures at the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask for an unplugged ceremony—please keep phones tucked away so everyone can be fully present with us. We promise to share plenty of photos afterward!

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to limited space, only guests that are listed on your invitation are invited. Thank you for understanding!

We adore all of your kiddos! Due to limited space, we are only able to include children of close family and those named on the invitation. Thank you so much for understanding!

What should I do in between the ceremony and the recepetion?

Cocktail hour will be hosted while pictures are being captured. Please enjoy beverages and hors d'oeuvres provided!

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! An open bar with liquor, beer, wine, and seltzers will be available to those aged 21 and up. For those who wish for a non-alcoholic beverage, those will be available as well!

Where should I park?

Answer

Valet parking is $15 per vehicle per night for overnight guests, with unlimited in-and-out access. If you’re not staying at the hotel, valet is available for $15 per vehicle.

Will there be events outside of the wedding day?

We are so excited to celebrate all weekend! Additional event details will be shared closer to the date!

What type of weather should I expect?

Answer

Late April on the Crystal Coast is typically mild and beautiful, with an average temperature ranging from the mid-60s to mid-70s. Evenings tend to be a bit breezy by the water so if you get chilly, we recommend bringing a light jacket! Our celebration will take place rain or shine! If needed, we have a backup plan in place so festivities will continue seamlessly!
