Flight Information

When booking a flight the easiest landing destination is Cancun Airport. If you are leaving from the Northern California area, flying out of Sacramento International is the easiest method. For those of you that will be flying from Southern California area, flying out of the CBX (Cross Border Express) is the easiest, most direct route to Cancun. Plus, utilizing the CBX allows for less expensive flights because they are domestic flights. If you decide to go the CBX route, make sure you book your departing flights from the Tijuana Airport.

Hotel Cabanas Maria del Mar is a great choice if you are looking for a no frills, but extremely clean hotel. Step out of the hotel and you are literally on one of the top 10 most beautiful beaches in the world! The hotel does have a small pool in their garden area. Also located on the property is a beach club which you have free access to.

Ixchel Beach Hotel

Ixchel Beach Hotel is a great choice if your looking for a larger hotel with amenities. They have a restaurant onsite, as well as 2 pools and a beach club. The beach chairs in and loungers in front of the hotel are for guests only. Ixchel Beach Hotel is located on North Beach, with beautiful views.

Mia Reef is an all-inclusive resort on North Beach. The resort has it's own private beach.

Icaco Island Village

SUPER ROMANTIC SUITES! Robert and I have stayed at this property and never wanted to leave!!! This property has only 4 units and is located just a bit outside of downtown (like a 10 min, walk) and is really quiet. The property is directly across the street from the ocean with amazing views from your balcony, however it does not have beach access. Icaco has a beautiful roof-top terrace with a small plunge pool and loungers. Fresh fruit, pastries, and juice are dropped off every morning.
