Dress code for the ceremony: Dressy Casual Think sundresses, button-downs, and comfortable yet polished attire. The ceremony and reception will be held outdoors, so please dress accordingly. Outdoor-friendly shoes recommended (grass, gravel, uneven ground) ** Hot tubs are located at each cabin—feel free to bring a swimsuit if you’d like to hop in! Hint: Our color palette features shades of purple (lavender & periwinkle), green (mint & sage), and cream (champagne & khaki).

Our wedding will be held in the backyard at a private multi-cabin property: 76 Pecan Trace Trail, Broken Bow, OK 74728 Daily activities will be held at the cabins to create a relaxed, casual outdoor setting that encourages mingling and connection among family and friends. This location includes three cabins on a private, wooded property just outside Hochatown. Cabins are close to each other; about 3 minutes walking distance.

Can we stay at the cabins?

We’ve rented multiple cabins on-site for the wedding weekend. Lodging includes a mix of private rooms and shared bunk-style accommodations. Private rooms are limited and will be assigned based on requests and availability. Additional guests may need to book nearby lodging in Broken Bow or Hochatown.

The cabins can sleep up to 48 guests total.

Can I bring extra guests to the cabins?

Answer

Yes! To respect the property’s quiet hours, guests who are not staying in the cabins will need to head out by 10:00 PM.

We’ll provide a limited selection of beer, wine, champagne, hard seltzers, pre-mixed cocktails, coffee, soft drinks, and water during various events. Guests are welcome to BYOBeverges throughout the weekend if they’d like. Please drink responsibly and help us respect the shared environment.

For the reception - yes! We’re still working out the details for the reception meal after the ceremony—more info coming soon! The weekend will be a mix of BYO (bring your own) meals/groceries as well as a few food-centered group hangouts each day. We recommend bringing snacks, drinks, and any personal favorites.

The reception and after party will conclude at 9:45 PM to allow for local quiet hours beginning at 10:00 PM.

Should I arrive early?

Please plan to arrive 30-45 minutes early to allow time for parking and settling into the eremony area. On the day of the ceremony (October 17th), arriving earlier in the day is encouraged if you’d like to help with setup, which will take place from 9:30 AM – 11:30 AM. As far as hanging out, guests are welcome anytime after 4:00 PM on October 16th until 9:30 AM on October 19th
