Is there a dress code?

Dress code is typical wedding attire (cocktail/dressy casual)

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Unfortunately, since our guest list is so large we ask that you do NOT bring a guest unless approved by us.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We do not mind children at the ceremony, but we prefer a kid-free reception. If this causes conflicts please reach out to us and we can figure it out together! We are flexible.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes! We have rooms blocked off at specific hotels. Please refer to the "Hotels and Travel Section"

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

YES. Please let the bride and groom know ASAP if you have a food allergy. We will also have an option on the formal invitation to indicate allergies and dietary restrictions.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is parking at the ceremony, there will also be handicap parking available if needed.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony and reception are at the same location. We will provide busses to and from the two hotels we have blocks at. Due to traffic concerns the busses plan to leave hotels around 2:45. Feel free to bring a cooler for the ride over! Coolers will need to remain on the bus.

What are the bridesmaids colors?

Answer

The bridesmaids are wearing multiple colors. Black, rust, olive, and champagne. That’s too many colors to avoid so don’t feel like you cannot wear those colors!
