There are endless coffee shops in Santa Barbara, but Randi recommends you try Dune Coffee Roasters, Dart Coffee Co., or Lighthouse Coffee!
SB Biergarten
Grab a beer, pretzel, and sausage at SB Biergarten. We recommend grabbing a flight if you can't choose just one to drink!
Pali Wine Co.
The "Funk Zone" of Santa Barbara has a number of tasting rooms, and Pali is one of our favorites!
LOKUM
We never miss a chance to stop at Lokum to pickup some Turkish pastries! Luke's favorites are the Turkish delight and baklava.
Casa del Herrero
Designed by George Washington Smith, the Casa is one of the finest standing examples of Spanish Colonial Revival Architecture in America. Docent-led tours are available at 10am on Saturdays, but book in advance. We adore the gorgeous gardens and stunning architecture!
Lotusland
Spanning over 37 acres, Lotusland proudly stands as home to many of the rarest, most fascinating plants in the world. Explore the awe-inspiring estate through a captivating Docent-lead tour, or experience the Garden at your own leisure. Book your tour Wednesday-Saturday. Our favorite section is the Water Garden filled with lilly pads and lotus flowers.
Santa Barbara Zoo
One of our favorite memories at the Santa Barbara Zoo is feeding the giraffes with our niece, Madison. The zoo is perfect for families, but anyone can enjoy the beautiful grounds and ocean views!
Santa Ynez Valley
If you're interested in exploring the top vineyards with the best mountain views, consider a day trip to Santa Ynez Valley. We love Sunstone Winery, Crown Point Vineyards, and Gainey Estate Vineyards.
