Wedding Ceremony

Our special day is a black-tie affair. This is a strict dress code. Please dress appropriately - think tuxedos, suits, and floor length gowns (no dresses above the knee or contoured/bodycon dresses, please!).
Gentle reminder that we are having an unplugged ceremony. This means that phones, iPads, or any other recording devices are not allowed. They will be collected at the door, and returned to you during the cocktail hour.
Cocktail Hour & Memory Mingle

During the Cocktail Hour, we will be serving light passed hors d’oeuvres accompanied by an open bar. We invite you to toast to our nuptials with a curated selection of wine, beer and our signature cocktail. Non-alcoholic beverages are also available. During the cocktail hour, our photographer will host a Memory Mingle. This will be a structured part of the evening, with a planned schedule to ensure we capture meaningful moments with each group. Groupings will be organized by family, friends, and other special connections. A schedule will be posted near the bar and shared by our Coordinator during the event. Please listen for announcements and make your way to the designated photo area when your group is called. We’re so excited to celebrate with you and create lasting memories through these portraits!

We recommend a late night outfit change so you are not restricted on the dance floor. At minimum, bring a pair of comfortable and non-slip shoes!
The Photo Booth will be available from 9:15pm to 11:15pm. If you'd like a photo with us, we will be at the booth for the first 30 minutes. No standing on the dance floor; the #RAndBeatGoesOn and we are here to PARTY! Stretch it out and get ready to leave it all on the dance floor! We recommend a comfortable and non-slip pair of shoes for you to bust a move. Note: 1. A late-night buffet, including a coffee and tea station, will be provided around 11:00pm. 2. 10:30pm onward will be music catered to the taste and preferences of the bride and groom. THERE WILL BE PROFANITIES. If you do not want to hear this music, we appreciate your attendance and wish you safe travels home! 3. We're so thankful to have you with us! If you need to head out once the dancing starts, feel free to slip away quietly—no need to say goodbye in person. A wave from afar works just fine. Your presence means the world to us!

Dicey Business!

This optional event is comfy casual/nice.
Join us for a relaxed evening at one of our favourite board game spots — Dicey Business! We’ll have tables reserved, games ready to go, and plenty of snacks, food and drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) available for purchase. Whether you’re a seasoned strategist or just in it for the laughs, all are welcome. This is an optional post-wedding hangout for anyone who’d like to mix, mingle, and play a few rounds with us after our big day.
