A deposit in the amount of $200.00 per room is required to reserve your room and book your stay. Please keep in mind that the deadline for the balance to be paid is November 17, 2022. No, the room booking DOES NOT include airfare. Barefoot Bridal can assist you with booking your airfare from your city of choice. Please contact our Travel Assistant Carol, with your travel dates, departure gateway, number of people traveling, and special requests at groups@barefootbridal.com with the wedding name. The dress code for the ceremony and reception is Beach Formal. Keep in mind that the ceremony will take place ON the beach, so reconsider those high heels! In March the weather in Punta Cana is usually in the low to mid 80s. With that said, remember that we will be in the Caribbean! So there will be humidity and a chance of quick rain showers. We will have hors d'oeuvres and an international open bar during the cocktail hour, and a buffet and international open bar during the reception. If you have any dietary restrictions/allergies please let us know so that we can make the appropriate adjustments with the chef/resort. In order to be considered part of the wedding guest list, you must book with Barefoot Bridal. Thankfully, they were able to block a certain amount of rooms for our guests at an amazing group rate.
