Guests flying from Chicago can book flights to Argyle International Airport (SVD) in St. Vincent. Most flights include one stop, commonly through Miami, Charlotte, or Atlanta.

Sandals Ground Transportation (Arrival)

Sandals offers complimentary airport transfers for all guests. After clearing customs, look for the Sandals desk or lounge, where a team member will assist you. Shuttle/Bus: The ride to the resort takes approximately 45–60 minutes and features scenic coastal and mountain views. Private Transfer (Optional): Private transportation can be arranged for an additional cost if you prefer a more direct or spacious ride. Please keep your booking confirmation handy. A Sandals representative will assist with luggage—once you’re on your way, vacation mode begins!

Sandals Saint Vincent and the Grenadines

We’ll be there beginning February 4, 2027, for five days. Guests are welcome to stay for any portion of the trip, with a resort minimum stay of three nights. We recommend arriving at least one day before the wedding to allow time to relax and settle in.

Sandals St. Vincent Booking Information

All guest reservations must be coordinated directly through us. Sandals has designated us (Ramonne & Khalil) as the sole points of contact for our wedding group. To begin the reservation process, we must first submit each guest’s information to the resort. Once Sandals finalizes our group invoice, a secure booking link will be shared with each room to complete their reservation. What We Need From You - Full legal name(s) exactly as shown on your ID or passport - Arrival date and number of nights staying - Your choice to accept or decline travel/room insurance (We’re happy to share full coverage details if you’d like) Please submit this information by RSVP’ing. Departure from the Resort

On your departure day, Sandals provides a complimentary shuttle to Argyle International Airport (SVD). Your pickup time will be shared the day before departure and is typically scheduled to arrive at the airport 2–3 hours before your flight. Sandals staff will assist with luggage and ensure you board the correct shuttle. Please double-check your flight details with the front desk prior to departure.
