No. All guest reservations must be coordinated through us so they’re properly linked to our wedding group.
No. Sandals is not issuing a group code for guest use. Rooms are added manually to our group invoice by the resort.
Once your information (including travel dates) is added and the invoice is updated, we’ll send your room a secure payment link directly from Sandals.
No. Insurance is optional. You may choose to add it or decline it. If you’d like more information, we can send you the full insurance PDF.
To qualify for any applicable refund, cancellations must be made by November 5, 2026. After this date, refunds may no longer be available based on resort and travel provider policies.
Not at all. While we’ll be in St. Vincent for five days, guests are only required to meet the three-night minimum stay required by the resort.
No formal events are planned outside of the wedding day. Guests are welcome to enjoy the resort and island however they’d like before and after the celebration.
If you are staying at Sandals St. Vincent, meals and drinks are included as part of the all-inclusive resort experience.
Dress Code: Beach-Formal/Tropical Elegant. We kindly ask that guests avoid wearing white, ivory, cream, or similar shades.

As this is a destination wedding, your presence is the greatest gift. If you wish to give something additional, we have a registry available.
We completely understand that destination travel isn’t possible for everyone and will celebrate with you in spirit if you’re unable to attend.
