STEP 1: Go to our link on DestinationWeddings.com - Go to "Find a wedding" and use our Wedding Passcode (RUVMAR2024) to enter the booking site. STEP 2: Go to "Ready to Book" (Attend) - Request a room with your chosen Check-In and Check-Out dates. STEP 3: Choose your room. Descriptions of the rooms are at the top in a dropdown menu. The prices listed are per person rates (not group). STEP 4: Enter your information. This is so the travel agent has everything she needs to book your trip. STEP 5: Add the names & birthdate of those that will be included in your room (including children). STEP 6: Once you are happy with your choice, add any comments/questions you have for Valerie before you move to add credit card information. STEP 7: Fill out the payment form. Please note your card will not be charged right away. STEP 8: Valerie (travel specialist) will reach out to you to submit your final travel plans.
