Where to Stay
While we do not have an official hotel "block", here's a bit of guidance on figuring out where you'd like to stay.
Most major hotel chains have a location in the downtown/Loop area. Whether driving, using ride shares, or taking CTA, downtown is a straightforward commute to The Joinery (and most everywhere else!). Other than downtown, there are lots of unique hotels throughout the city. Below are a couple near The Joinery that we recommend.
There are also plenty of options for AirBnb and VRBO rentals, and the key to finding a good one is deciding what neighborhood you'd like to be in. The Joinery is in Bucktown - a neighborhood we know & love well, and a great one to stay in for the weekend. Other nearby neighborhoods we love & would be an easy home base: Logan Square (where we live!), Wicker Park, Avondale, Humboldt Park, & Ukrainian Village.

We love Ray's! Comfy beds, eclectic decor, very kind staff, & incredible breakfasts. A 15 minute walk from The Joinery. Also very close to burgers at the Leavitt Street Inn, voted one of the best burgers in the city.

A quick drive or easy CTA commute to The Joinery or to downtown! In the Wicker Park neighborhood with lots of great coffee shops, restaurants, and shopping nearby. Located right off the interstate if you're driving in.
