Some couples meet in school, others at work, and others at bars, because a club is not the best place to find love...All these scenarios have one thing in common. Meeting in person. But that wasn't in the stars for us. We both had to search the stars for each other. Thankfully, he searched a bit farther than I did and found me. Meeting online, we had a goofy, fun, unique...friendship. Not that he didn't try to make it more on multiple occasions. We were far apart and it didn't seem like it was meant to be despite me having similar feelings. So I erased my account, for other reasons mind you. Long story, but ANYWAY, not the point. I realized a few days later that I ghosted my best friend. So I opened another account, racially profiled him, found him again, and then let out an involuntary sound that can only be described as...eeeeek. In short, we reconnected and he asked me out again with the confidence from knowing that I just had to find him again. So we set up a date that following Friday, April 1st. We finally met, in person, at the Sculpture Garden. No joke...it was the best day of our lives thus far. Let our forever commence!
