Where should we stay?

Answer

We recommend staying in downtown Vancouver, which is very walkable and offers easy access to our wedding venue at Ancora, as well as restaurants, shopping, and the waterfront. You won’t need a car—Uber, taxis, and public transit are all readily available. Downtown Vancouver is very safe and easy to navigate. Feel free to contact our travel agent Jessica Amiel. Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

We’re excited to have you join us for the Shabbat dinner on Friday night, the Gastown walking food tour on Saturday, and of course, our wedding on Sunday. Beyond the planned events, there are plenty of fun activities and sights to enjoy in Vancouver. Be sure to check out the “Things to Do in Vancouver” section for some ideas!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

We are planning on starting the wedding ceremony at 5pm sharp. Please be on time.

Is there a dress code?

The dress code for the wedding is festive “Cocktail Attire.”

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Please let us know of any allergies of dietary restrictions. We will do our best to accommodate.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

The wedding reception is walking distance or a short Uber ride from most downtown hotels.

Do you guys have a gift registry?

Answer

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for. The time and effort of traveling from near and far to be with us is something we deeply appreciate.
