What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We'd love to see you there! The ceremony begins at 2:00pm, so please plan to arrive by 1:45pm. This will give you time to find your seat and get comfortable before we begin.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony will take place entirely outdoors, while our reception will flow between indoor and outdoor spaces.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

To ensure we can accommodate all our beloved guests, only those explicitly named on your invitation are included. Thank you for understanding!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your little ones! However, this will be an adults-only celebration unless your child is specifically listed on the invitation.

What is the dress code?

We kindly request cocktail attire for this celebration. Ladies, we'd love to see you in cocktail dresses, or stylish pant suits and gentlemen, suits or sport coats paired with dress pants would be perfect.

To RSVP, go to the RSVP page on this website. Please submit your RSVP by May 13th so we can plan accordingly!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, parking will be available but it is very limited and we suggest riding together if possible for both the ceremony and reception. Although the reception will have very limited space in front and a designated parking lot a block from the venue that is also available.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly request that guests do not take photos during the event. We have professional photographers to capture every moment so we can unplug and enjoy!

Can I post pictures of the ceremony and reception?

Answer

We kindly ask that you refrain from taking or posting photographs during the ceremony—we've hired a professional photographer to capture those special moments. Feel free to share photos from the reception, though we do ask that you check with us before posting any pictures featuring the bride and groom. We appreciate your thoughtfulness!

Will there be alcohol?

Answer

We will have a cash bar available at the venue for guests to purchase their choice of the beer and wine menu.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Unfortunately, due to the nature of our catering, we are unable to accommodate individual food allergies or dietary restrictions. If you would like to order something separate for yourself the Guadalupe Social Club will be open for regular hours and you can order food there for a fee. We just ask to be mindful of the other wedding guests and both customers and staff of the Club.

The ceremony will take place in Nipomo and the reception will be in Guadalupe.
