What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code is garden formal. This doesn't literally mean you need to wear florals (though you can if you like). Think elegant attire suited to an outdoor, summer occasion. Suits or jackets and ties for men. Cocktails will be held on the lawn, so plan your footwear accordingly. Dinner and dancing will be under a tent that will have a floor.

What if I’m bringing my kids to the hotel?

Answer

If you're bringing children to the area and need childcare during the wedding, we recommend checking Care.com. If you're interested in pooling babysitters with other guests who have young children, email us and we can help connect you. Kids are very welcome at the Sunday brunch.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Please email us with any serious dietary allergies or restrictions, or include them on your RSVP card.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels?

Answer

Yes. Shuttle transportation will be provided between the Radnor Hotel and Courtyard Marriott Devon and the Welcome Party, Ceremony and Reception. Return service to the hotels will be available at the end of the evening. Timing can be found on the schedule tab.

Is there parking at the events?

Answer

The Welcome Party: There is parking at the General Warren Inn. The Ceremony: There is plenty of parking available at the church for the ceremony. The Reception: If you plan to drive to the reception, we will have valet parking available between 425 and 459 Huston Road, Radnor. There's a path between those addresses leading to the back of the house and cocktails. The Brunch: If you are driving to the brunch, you can park on Huston Road, Radnor. There's a path between 425/459 Huston that leads to the back of the house.
