Travel Note

General Information

We have reserved two hotel room blocks in downtown Philadelphia, where amenities and transit options are abundant. The hotels with blocks are across the street from one another in the Rittenhouse Square neighborhood. See below for booking links and details. For guests traveling by air or rail, PHL International Airport and 30th Street Station are easily accessible from the hotel blocks via local transit. For guests driving in or renting a car in Philadelphia, both hotels offer valet parking. Our wedding venue, Tyler Arboretum, is located just west of the city in Media, Pennsylvania. We are providing a shuttle service between the hotel blocks downtown and the venue, available to all guests. Parking is available onsite for guests arranging their own transportation.

(215) 563-5006 This is the first of two hotels reserved Friday and Saturday nights for our block. Check in 3pm, check out 11am. Click "View" below for access to discounted block rates. The block is active through August 25th, and we encourage guests to book as early as possible for the best chance of securing their desired room type.

(215) 569-8300 This is the second hotel where we have a block of rooms reserved for Friday and Saturday nights, located directly across the street from the first. Check in 4pm, check out 12pm. The block is active through September 3rd, and we encourage guests to book as early as possible for the best chance of securing their desired room type.

Shuttle

Afternoon Shuttle (hotels to ceremony)

We have arranged a complimentary shuttle service between our hotel block downtown and the wedding venue. The afternoon coaches will board at 3:15pm and depart promptly from the hotel block at 3:30pm. Any guest may use the shuttle, whether or not they are staying in our hotel block, but please RSVP.

Return/Afterparty Shuttle (Reception to hotels)

September 26, 2026 11:00 pm

Following the reception, our coaches will be available to take guests back to the hotel block and nightlife downtown.
