What if my RSVP has changed?

Answer

If your attendance status, meal choice, or other information changes prior to the RSVP deadline of August 26th, please click "RSVP" on the menu bar above to view and edit your responses. Following the RSVP deadline, you may still view your responses on this page, but you will not be able to make any changes.

Where is the hotel block?

Answer

Two hotel room blocks have been reserved in the Rittenhouse Square area of downtown Philadelphia. Refer to the "travel" page for links and specifics.

How do I use the complimentary shuttle?

Answer

The afternoon shuttle to the ceremony will board from the downtown hotel block beginning at 3:15pm. This shuttle departs promptly from the hotel block at 3:30pm. The evening shuttle back to the hotels will begin boarding after the reception (around 11pm) at the Visitor's Center parking lot.

What time is the wedding?

Answer

The ceremony begins at 5:00pm on Saturday, September 26th. We suggest traveling on our provided shuttle, or planning to arrive around 4:30pm if arranging your own transport.

What should I wear to the wedding?

Answer

This event is formal, black tie optional, and the Bride and Groom encourage guests to add a bit of seasonal flair if they feel inspired to do so. Tuxedos are welcome but not required. Be sure that your outfit is ready for dancing, and that your shoes can handle an outdoor ceremony on grass.

May I take photos and/or videos at the wedding?

We request that all personal devices be powered down and stowed for the duration of the ceremony. Guests are welcome to take photos and videos during the reception provided that nothing is posted online.

What if I have dietary restrictions?

You will be prompted to disclose this when you RSVP and make a meal selection. If something has changed, please let us know ASAP.

Can I bring my children to the wedding?

Unfortunately, we are not able to host children at this event, unless specifically invited by name. Thank you for understanding.

Can I smoke or vape at the venue?

Answer

No smoking, including e-cigarettes or vapes, is permitted on the premises at any time.

Is the venue accessible?

Answer

The reception venue is fully ADA accessible and compliant, but be advised that several paths do have inclines. Guests will also need to walk/chair over grass to reach the ceremony site, weather permitting. Some walking/chairing is required to transition between the parking/shuttle area, the ceremony site, and the reception space. We have golf cart service available to assist any guests who have mobility concerns. Please reach out to us directly if you anticipate needing golf cart assistance for any member of your party, or if you have specific accessibility questions beyond what we've addressed here.
