Optional Event

7:00 pm

Raleigh and Andrew will be at the restaurant/bar at their hotel, Athina Luxury Suites, with some tables reserved. Athina is within walking distance from where all the guests' Fira hotels are. This is a completely optional, very casual, get together to come say hello to Andrew and Raleigh if not too tired from traveling. We will have some light snacks, they have a full menu you can order dinner from or you can eat elsewhere before or after.

Catamaran Cruise / Welcome Event

1:30 pm - 8:30 pm

MEET AT ATHINA LUXURY SUITES @ 1:30PM - we will walk together to the pickup location (7min walk). Join us for our welcome event, a cruise on the Mediterranean! Highlights include: visits to the white beach, red beach, the volcano and hot springs with snorkeling and swimming along the way. We will end with a final stop to watch the stunning Oia sunset. What's included: transportation, beer, wine, soda, water and lunch; bathrooms on board and towels are provided. What to bring: swimsuits, hat, sunglasses, sunscreen. We recommend bringing a change of clothes so you can get out of your wet suit before sunset. It will get chilly during sunset (even in August) so bring a coverup. Water is provided on the bus, no other drinks allowed, the drive to the port is about 35mins. Shuttles will drop everyone off at the same place at approximately 8:30pm.

Rehearsal Dinner (Wedding party only)

6:15 pm

***please note this event is for the wedding party only*** 5:30pm Wedding party only meets at Athina Luxury Suites for a rehearsal. 6:15pm Shuttle pick up for wedding party and their dates from in front of Kamari Tours, about a 2minute walk from Athina. Water provided on the shuttle, no other drinks allowed, it's about a 35 minute drive to the restaurant. Wedding

Cocktail Attire: long or short dresses, dressy jumpsuits, suits for the men (tie not required). Thick, sturdy shoes should be worn as there are cobblestone stairs throughout the venue.

Shuttle pick up/drop off location: https://goo.gl/maps/6KpFPdxLQdN1khDU7 5:00pm Meet at Athina Luxury Suites, everyone will walk to the shuttle (~2 minute walk) together. Water provided on the shuttle, no other drinks allowed, it's about a 10 minute drive to the venue. The party goes to midnight, the shuttles will return to Kamari Tours in Thira at approximately 12:15-12:30am.
