Things To Do

Whether you’re only visiting for the wedding or making a more extended trip around the weekend, we’ve done our best to come up with activities and places everyone could enjoy in Little Rock.

Arkansas Museum of Fine Arts

501 East 9th Street, Little Rock, AR 72202
, (501) 372-4000

The newly renovated Arkansas Museum of Fine Arts has a lot to offer between its exhibits, art classes, events, and restaurant. We can confidently say everything here is spectacular and we cannot wait for everyone to see it for themselves ;)

Pinnacle Mountain State Park

11901 Pinnacle Valley Road, Roland, AR 72135
, (501) 868-5806

For anyone looking to get outside and enjoy some great views of Central Arkansas while in the natural state. This is where we first got to know each other and eventually the mountain Andrew proposed on top of.

Big Dam Bridge

Big Dam Bridge, Little Rock, AR

Spanning 0.8 miles, the Big Damn Bridge is the longest pedestrian- and cyclist-only bridge in the U.S. and connects to 14 miles of trails in Little Rock and North Little Rock. One of our favorite places to start on the Arkansas River Trail.

Two Rivers Park

6900 Two Rivers Park Road, Little Rock, AR 72223
, (501) 371-4770

Another area to start or walk to along the Arkansas River Trail.

The Fold: Botanas & Bar

3501 Old Cantrell Road, Little Rock, AR 72202
, (501) 916-9706

A monumental spot in our relationship where many memories have been made, the Fold is hands down our favorite spot to grab margaritas and tacos (or the bison burrito). We also love the queso, especially with bison, guac, and chips. Guy Fieri himself recommends @littlerocktaco. Great outdoor and indoor seating options.

Raduno | Brick Oven & Barroom

1318 South Main Street, Little Rock, AR 72202
, (501) 374-7476

Another infamous spot that played a part in our relationship; Andrew says it's the location of our first date in the months when we were "secretly" dating (it wasn’t). @raduno_lr is an excellent spot if you’re looking for great meatballs, pizza, and drinks. Also a great spot for anyone looking to grab brunch on Sunday (make a reservation in advance, though).

Hill Station

2712 Kavanaugh Boulevard, Little Rock, AR 72205
, (501) 747-2230

One of our favorite spots to grab a drink and a quick bite to eat, especially when we want to walk from our house. Mostly outdoor seating @hillstationhilcrest

The Pantry Crest

722 North Palm Street, Little Rock, AR 72205
, (501) 725-4945

Another neighborhood favorite, @thepantrycrest is great for happy hour, dinner, and early-ish nightcaps. The drinks here are strong and the bacon rapped dates are a must.

The Hillcrest Fountain

2809 Kavanaugh Boulevard, Little Rock, AR 72205

This is the bride’s favorite place in the neighborhood to play some pool and end a night out with friends. The groom also enjoys this spot on a night when most people are out of town. Everything served here is either on draft, from a bottle, or in a can.

Ciao Baci

605 Beechwood Street, Little Rock, AR 72205
, (501) 603-0238

Intimate spot for food and drinks - especially if you’re looking to have a night cap on the porch of @ciao_baci

Hillcrest Little Bakery

203 North Van Buren Street, Little Rock, AR 72205
, 501-747-4960

We love ordering breakfast to go from this little neighborhood spot. Anything on a biscuit is a must and we always get a kick out of their “she says she’s not hungry” option. The bride’s go to is the bacon egg and cheese biscuit with an a-la-carte blueberry pancake and sometimes the açaí bowl or the fancy biscuit if she’s already had breakfast. The groom likes to order the sausage egg and cheese biscuit with home fries or the açaí bowl.

Shipley Do-Nuts

7710 Cantrell Road, Little Rock, AR 72207

With a handful of locations all over Little Rock and an option to get food delivered from here on GrubHub, you can’t go wrong. The bride and groom pick up two croissant breakfast sandwiches and four or so donuts from the Cantrell location almost ever weekend.

The Rail Yard LR

1212 East 6th Street, Little Rock, AR 72202
, (501) 372-9273

Closer to downtown with mostly outdoor seating, great drinks and food options - checkout @therailyardlr on IG for their food truck schedules

Camp Taco at Lost Forty Brewing

822 East 6th Street, Little Rock, AR 72202
, (501) 353-0884

If you’re looking to try some of the local beers, we’d recommend Lost Forty (@lost40beer) and their sister restaurant, Camp Taco (@camp.taco)

Samantha's Tap Room & Wood Grill

322 Main Street, Little Rock, AR 72201
, (501) 379-8019

The Chopped Salmon Salad is a staple on the equity research floor of the Stephens building - you might see a few Midtown Uniforms in the wild if you sit in the bar area around lunch time on the weekdays.

Rock Town Distillery

1201 Main Street, Little Rock, AR 72202
, (501) 907-5244

Rock Town Distillery (@rocktowndistill) is proud to call Little Rock home and source ingredients from farmers across Arkansas. It's the home to Rock Town Bourbon, Rock Town Vodka, and other spirits. Click "view" to see if the distillery is having any cocktail classes or to book your tour.

Doe's Eat Place

1023 West Markham Street, Little Rock, AR 72201
, (501) 376-1195

If you’re looking for a hole-in-the-wall spot that serves a steak dinner family style, this is the place to go.

Whole Hog Cafe

2516 Cantrell Road, Little Rock, AR 72202

For anyone - particularly our yankee friends - looking for the best barbecue while they’re here, this is our favorite spot in Little Rock.
