Cocktail Attire: Wear cocktail dresses, dressy jumpsuits, and jackets and slacks (or a suit).
Cocktails/queso & chips with live music (by Chris Lively), dinner (BBQ- menu below), and DJ/dancing will follow the ceremony at the same location. Plan to stay and dance the night away! Let us be your designated driver! Transportation will be provided by Rockin'R from/to the Courtyard by Marriott New Braunfels River Village, LaQuinta Inn and Suites by Wyndham New Braunfels and the venue, Gruene Estate, throughout the night. BBQ menu will include beef brisket, pork ribs, green beans, Yukon potatoes, and green salad. All will be gluten-free (GF) with the exception of the bread, with Outside the Breadbox GF bread available. All will be peanut-free. GF cupcakes, vegan cupcakes, and a vegan/vegetarian meal will be available for those who indicated the need on their RSVP. Come dance to the legendary Texas troubadour Ray Wylie Hubbard and continue the celebration of our wedding at the oldest dance hall in Texas! Transportation will be provided by Rockin'R from/to the Courtyard by Marriott New Braunfels River Village, LaQuinta Inn and Suites by Wyndham New Braunfels, and Gruene Hall. As of 2/8/23 tickets to Ray Wylie have sold out and will need to be purchased through a ticket vendor, unfortunately at a price higher than the original $25. Note: Gruene Hall is a CASH ONLY dance hall. Please plan accordingly. There are various dining options near Gruene Hall. The Grist Mill is a common favorite!

Outdoor Attire: The forecast currently show 85 degree and scattered showers, so bring a rain jackets is you don't want to get wet while floating on a river.

River rules: No disposable containers No glass No foam containers No littering Life jackets are recommended for weak swimmers and children under eight. Noise devices may not be audible beyond 50 feet No jumping from bridges, dams, or trees into the Guadalupe River Coolers must have a locking mechanism on the lid (zipper, Velcro, latch, cord). The maximum size is 30 quarts. 1 cooler is allowed per person.
