We recommend arriving 20–30 minutes early to allow time for parking, finding the venue, and getting settled before the ceremony begins. Please plan ahead for any traffic delays. Arriving early also gives you a chance to sign our guest book!
We kindly ask that only the guests listed on your invitation attend. If you’ve been given a plus one, your invitation will read ‘[Your Name] & Guest.’ Unfortunately, we’re unable to accommodate additional guests beyond those formally invited. Thank you so much for understanding, and please don’t hesitate to reach out with any questions!
Well open up RSVPs once the formal invitation is sent out. To RSVP, please visit the ‘RSVP’ page on our website and complete the online form. We kindly ask that you RSVP by July 25th, 2026. Any RSVPs received after this date will unfortunately be considered a decline, as we’ll be providing our final headcount to vendors. We can’t wait to celebrate with you!
We’ll miss you! If you’re unable to attend, we completely understand. Please let us know by selecting ‘decline’ on the RSVP page so we can plan accordingly. Just know we love you and feel so lucky to have you in our lives.
Parking is available onsite, so you won’t need to worry about finding a spot. Please note that overnight parking is not permitted. If you plan on celebrating with drinks, we kindly encourage arranging a ride with a designated driver or using Uber/Lyft. Your safety and the safety of others is what matters most to us.
Our plan is to hold the ceremony outdoors, with the reception partially indoors. Since Washington weather can be unpredictable, we’ve prepared a backup plan! If needed, the ceremony will be moved indoors so that everyone can enjoy the celebration—rain or shine.
Yes! We’ll have an open bar featuring beer, wine, cider, seltzers, and a variety of non-alcoholic options. Please note that outside alcohol is not permitted, and this will not be a hard-liquor wedding. The drinks are on us—the hangover is on you! Get ready to celebrate!
Yes! Both the ceremony and reception will be located at hidden meadows.
We’d love to see our family and friends dressed up to celebrate our big day! We kindly request a semi-formal dress code. For women, dresses or jumpsuits are perfect. For men, suits, dress pants, or—if it’s a warm day—dress shorts with a button-down shirt work great. Above all, please wear whatever makes you feel comfortable and ready to celebrate with us.
If we do not get an RSVP back by the date which have provided, it will be marked as “No”. We will miss you celebrating with us, however, we have to provide a total guest count to the venue in a timely manner. Due to this we cannot accept late RSVPs. (This will mean you are not allowed to show up to our special day. There will be no seating, food, or beverage accommodations for you).
Yes, kids are invited! If your children are included on your invitation and RSVP, we’d love to have them there to celebrate with us. We kindly ask that additional guests not listed on your invitation are not brought. After the toasts and special dances, we suggest arranging a babysitter so you can be fully present for the dancing and late-night celebration. Just a heads-up, non-family-friendly music will make its way onto the playlist later in the evening!
