What To Expect: Travel & Stay Costs
Raleigh-Durham International Airport
Most guests will be flying out of RDU (Raleigh-Durham International Airport) for the wedding. Flight prices are currently estimated to range between $200–$400 roundtrip. As flight costs tend to fluctuate, we anticipate getting a better deal closer to the wedding date. If you’re flying from a different airport, our wedding planner, Taylor, can help provide the best flight estimates based on your travel dates.
TRS Coral Hotel
TRS Coral is the adults-only section of the resort, offering a luxurious, all-inclusive experience for our wedding guests. Below are estimated costs for a 3-night stay for two people: Junior Suite Garden View – $2,100 USD Junior Suite Ocean View – $2,316 USD There are also upgraded options available, including: Swim-Up Suites, featuring direct pool access from your room Loft Suites, offering extra space and elevated views for a more exclusive stay These rates include all food, drinks (including alcoholic beverages), beach access, and a variety of resort activities. Guests staying at TRS Coral also have full access to the family side of the resort, while the adults-only TRS Coral remains exclusive to guests 18 and older. Please note that prices may vary depending on availability and time of booking.
Grand Palladium Costa Mujeres
The Grand Palladium is the family-friendly side of the resort, perfect for guests bringing children. It offers an all-inclusive experience with a wide range of amenities for all ages. Below are estimated costs for a 3-night stay for two people: Junior Suite Garden/Lagoon View – $1,626.00 USD Junior Suite Poolside – $1,722.00 USD Guests can also upgrade to premium room options such as: Jacuzzi Suites Swim-Up Suites, with direct pool access from your private terrace Loft Suites This side of the resort includes: All meals and drinks (including alcoholic beverages) Beach access and daily activities Kid-friendly amenities, including game rooms and a fun water park for children Please note: If you're bringing children, you’ll need to stay on the Grand Palladium side. The TRS Coral section is adults-only and is only accessible to guests ages 18 and up. Prices are subject to change depending on availability and time of booking.

Payment plans are available to make joining us for our destination wedding even easier! If you prefer, you can also choose to pay in full, whatever works best for you.
