For Those Flying

There are a few options for where to fly into, and then from there, the best option is to rent a car and drive to the hotel/venue: - Lehigh Valley International Airport (ABE): You might get lucky and find a flight into this regional airport in Allentown, PA, which is ~50 minutes from the venue, ~30 min to Lehighton hotel, and ~60 min to the Hazleton hotel. - Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR): ~2-2.5 hours from the hotels - Philadelphia International Airport (PHL): ~2-2.5 hours from the hotels Let us know if you have any questions!

Please use the link below to reserve a room using our group rate. The group rate is available for both Friday 9/12 and Saturday 9/13. Please be sure to book by August 12. To access the group rate, click on the link below. Then, click on "Special Rates" and enter "STO" under "Group Code." We will be providing shuttles between this hotel and the reception. The shuttle from the Hampton Inn will depart for the venue at 2:45pm (~30 minute shuttle ride to venue). The shuttle returning from the venue to the hotel will depart at 9:30pm.

We will be providing shuttles between this hotel and the reception. The shuttle from the Hampton Inn will depart for the venue at 2:45pm (~40 minute shuttle ride to venue). The shuttle returning from the venue to the hotel will depart at 9:30pm.
