Question
Is there a dress code?
Answer
Yes! We please ask that guests dress in semi-formal or cocktail attire. This means wearing dress pants, a buttoned shirt and with or without a tie or suit jacket. Also short, midi or floor length dresses. Please no jeans or sneakers! We also ask that guests avoid wearing cream, ivory or white for Maddy's sanity. Please keep in mind that the ceremony is outside so dress for the July heat!

When should I RSVP by?
Answer
Please RSVP by June 7, 2025. Please let us know if you will be attending the ceremony, cocktail hour, reception or all when you RSVP. Please also answer the questions if they are fitting to you.

When should I arrive to the ceremony?
Answer
Doors to the venue will open for guests at 5:00. Please arrive 20-25 minutes early to the ceremony to ensure you will have plenty of time to find a seat and get comfortable. We will be starting the ceremony right at 5:30!There will also be a cash bar before the ceremony to grab a drink!

Where is the ceremony and reception?

Our ceremony and reception will both take place at Traditions at the Links in East Syracuse. The address is 5900 N Burdick St, East Syracuse, NY 13057. See you there!

Can I bring a plus one?
Answer
Due to limited space, we can only accommodate guests who are formally invited. If you've received a plus one, it will be written on the envelop of the invitation and also when you RSVP. It will say your name and guest. Otherwise, we ask that only the named people in the invitation are in attendance. Thank you for understanding!

Can I take photos during the ceremony?
Answer
We ask that you kindly put your phones and cameras away during the ceremony. We would like you to be fully present in the moment. We have hired a professional photographer and videographer to capture the precious moment we are declared husband and wife. Other than the ceremony, yes! Please take as many pictures and videos as you would like at cocktail hour or the reception.

Will there be an open bar?
Answer
Yes! There will be a variety of beer, liquor and wine available for you. We want you to have the best time, so the drinks are on us but the hangover is on you! The last hour, 10:00-11:00, will be a cash bar so please plan accordingly.

Is the wedding outside?
Answer
The ceremony is outside, but the reception and cocktail hour is indoors. The sun will be shining (hopefully!) and hot, so make sure to dress appropriately and stay hydrated!
