Shuttles to Manuel Antonio

The Villa concierge will help coordinate transportation from SJO airport to Manuel Antonio (approximately a 3-hour drive). All shuttle options include a bi-lingual driver, fully insured service, and a flexible schedule with a bathroom break and lunch stops at your own expense. Private shuttle: $200 for up to 4 guests, plus tax (one way) $15 per additional guest Shared shuttle: After flight details are collected, shared shuttles may be arranged for guests arriving at similar times. Shared transportation will include only wedding guests. Final pricing will be provided once arrival/departure times are confirmed. Most guests will arrive January 4th and depart January 8th. If traveling outside these dates or exploring other areas of Costa Rica, the concierge can assist with shuttle service transportation. Ceremony

Formal Island Attire: Think elevated island elegance. Formal silhouettes in lightweight, warm weather friendly fabrics are perfect for our villa setting. Women can wear floor length or midi dresses with dressy sandals or heels. Men can opt for lightweight suits or dress shirts with slacks and loafers.— and please avoid wearing white.

The Ceremony will take place at the Villa Rooftop. We kindly ask that all guests RSVP by February 28, 2026. If we haven’t received your response by that date, we’ll assume you’re unable to attend. This will be an adults-only celebration. We appreciate your understanding. For those joining us, please remember to provide your flight information by May 31, 2026, the villa will email you a link to upload the information. Understand that Manuel Antonio is a 3 hour drive from the closest airport (SJO). Once we have your flight information, our concierge will assist you with booking a ride to Manuel Antonio. Swimsuit and Cover Up

The catamaran departs from Marina Pez Vela, just 18 minutes from the Villas. Enjoy a scenic cruise along the Manuel Antonio coastline with chances to see spotted dolphins, migrating humpback whales, sea turtles, and manta rays. A guide will share points of interest and a brief history of the area. After touring the coastline, we will anchor in a protected cove within the pristine Biesanz Bay for snorkeling, with masks, snorkels, and fins provided so you can explore over 50 species of colorful tropical fish. The catamaran also offers two waterslides for added fun. Lunch is served onboard, including grilled fish brochettes, pasta salad, fresh fruit, and drinks. The tour lasts about 3.5 hours. Estimated price is $80–$120 depending on group size (final pricing confirmed after RSVPs). Hotel pick-up is included. All guests are welcome!
